Artex ceilings and walls, floor tiles and their black adhesive, insulation board around boilers and behind panels, and textured or decorative coatings are common internal locations.

Lofts, garages and outside

Water tanks and pipe lagging in the loft, asbestos cement garage and shed roofs, soffits, fascias, gutters and downpipes, and corrugated sheeting on outbuildings are frequent external finds.

Getting certainty

A survey checks every likely location and samples anything suspect, so you have a complete picture rather than a room-by-room guess.
